Q: Does that mean that I need to sign up with PayPal or have an account with them in order to purchase from your site?

A: Absolutely not. You do not have to be a member nor do you have to sign up for any service to purchase from us. You may purchase any item on our site using the PayPal service as long as you have any major credit card or debit card with the Visa or MasterCard Logo.

Q: How fast will I receive my merchandise?

A: Most Deep Fit Sheet orders ship within 5 - 7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation after your purchase as well a follow up email containing your tracking # when your order ships.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If for any reason our sheets fail to satisfy your expectations, we will gladly offer a full refund less shipping on any unused sheet set within a 2 week period of receipt. Simply email us with your explanation before returning your sheets and we will issue you an RMA number* Our success is gauged solely by your satisfaction. We are a success because our customers are happy.

*Must be issued for any return to be valid. Product will not be accepted & credit will not be issued without an RMA number.

Q: What if I need more information on a certain product or have a questions about that product?
